Your project goes through these important phases
"Experience Centers make an enormous contribution to planning, building and implementing projects faster, more efficiently and with greater cost stability. The BIM method often used for this is absolutely forward-looking and is already mandatory in many countries for new building and infrastructure projects."
Thomas Aicheler, DEKOM AG - Project Manager ppa.
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a process in which an intelligent 3D model of the construction project is first created using BIM software. This 3D model enables the coordination and simulation of processes and construction phases throughout the entire life cycle of a project - from planning and design through to construction, ongoing operation and maintenance.
Thanks to this type of transparent project planning, everyone involved is always up to date. Among other things, completion times can be better calculated, sources of error can be identified in advance and costs can be mapped more transparently. But even after the project has been completed, management, maintenance intervals and malfunctions can be mapped and documented using the BIM method.
We were able to realize a particularly exciting project for DB Netz AG, which wanted to expand its rail network. This involved using the innovative BIM method, which uses BIM software to create an intelligent 3D model of the construction project, allowing construction projects to be planned, coordinated and implemented faster and better.
