ROOMZ is a combination of a ROOMZ server that connects your current room reservation system, which you use to manage your reservations, with the 8 " ROOMZ display. You can continue to work as usual, optimizing your room booking.
The information is collected by the ROOMZ server in exchange with your existing booking system such as Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, iCalender etc. and transmitted to the wireless ROOMZ display via WLAN.
With these solutions, you can easily and dynamically reserve or share meeting rooms. By means of the touch-capable ROOMZ display, you can reserve the room directly on the display for spontaneous meetings and if a meeting is shorter than planned, you can release the room at an early stage.
The ROOMZ display offers a clear overview of bookings including all information and the possibility to change from weekly to daily overview. With the right information in the right place, you save time and increase the efficiency and productivity of your employees.
